Mr. Orin Boyce’s academic and technical training reflects a strong foundation in the design, construction, and planning of the built environment. Mr. Boyce is particularly interested in sustainable urban development and integrated planning approaches. He also studied Architecture and Building and Civil Construction at the Government Technical Institute.
